RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce Client is seeking an experienced IT Portfolio Manager located in or near San Antonio, TX. This is a contract role, with opportunity to become a full-time role.As an IT Portfolio Manager, you would:- Successfully implement IT transformation initiatives by leveraging institutional knowledge, business acumen, technology experience, and networks across the organization
- Partner with lines of business to determine the optimal utilization of technology solutions in alignment with Frost values and strategic priorities to help drive significant business goals
- Ensure all projects prioritize communication, collaboration, and the ability to align business goals with technology best practices
- Successfully navigate obstacles, recognize assumed constraints, identify technology gaps, and determine opportunities for process improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a problem-solving function with demonstrated experience in the execution of projects with an organization-wide impact
- Proven ability to consider and understand business issues and concepts
- Demonstrated problem solving experience with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to work in San Antonio, or travel to San Antonio as needed
- Experience working with the Microsoft Team Service, Office, 365 or similar product suites
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
