Our client is seeking a IT Support Technician in Las Vegas, NV.

Role description

We are a growing company in the medical industry. We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team and help for a short term project.
• The IT Support Technician will be responsible for helping us reset, image, and ship equipment throughout the organization.
• Imaging and resetting computers: You will be responsible for wiping and imagine computers.
• Shipping computers to destinations: You will manage the process of preparing and shipping computers to various locations within the company. This includes ensuring that each machine is properly packaged and labeled, and coordinating with shipping providers to ensure timely delivery.

Skills & Requirements

• Laptops and monitors in a room, Will likely have this person take the equipment offsite to be able to do this work.
• Inventory will need to be done, Computers need to be wiped/factory reset and imaged and then sent to a few different people within the company
• Will give access to the UPS account so that everything can get sent out.
