What You Will Be Doing - Work under a Project Manager with multifamily projects or education
- Coordinate models with consultants to support the design coordination
- Create drawings and model content
- Construction Administration shop drawing reviews, supplemental sketches/clarification drawings
- Record notes when participating in meetings
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- California licensed architect or on track to become licensed
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in multifamily or education projects
- Proficient in Revit
- Knowledge of building construction types, I, III, and V
- Organizational skills
