Beacon Hill Legal is working with a well-regarded law firm that is seeking a Labor & Employment Staff Attorney for their Los Angeles office. This is an opportunity to work for a top AmLaw firm. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of L&E experience.

Staff Attorney - Labor & Employment Responsibilities:
- Conduct fact development projects prior to the commencement of litigation/investigations
- Assist with deposition and witness preparation; trial prep; and post-trial processes
- Conduct and compile legal research
- Collaborate and assist team with written discovery
- Collaborate and assist team with pleadings and motions, including legal research and writing
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years' L&E experience in a law firm
- Must have a J.D. degree from a major, accredited law school
- Ability to use of all basic discovery software tools
- Must have CA STYLE MANUAL experience
- Must be admitted to the CA bar, or admission in another jurisdiction and willing to take and pass the CA Bar within one year
