Shaner Corporate Office is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Landscaper to join our Corporate Landscaping Team. Work around an award-winning office space located in the beautiful Williamsburg Square, home to State College Holiday Inn, State College Hampton Inn and State College Springhill Suites as well as the Shaner Corporate Office Building and State College Fairfield Inn. The Landscaper plans and executes small scale landscaping operations and maintains grounds and landscape of surrounding areas by performing the required duties. We look for those with working knowledge of landscaping as well as working knowledge of landscaping supplies, equipment, proper chemical handling and disposal.

Other tasks such as:

1) Participates with Landscape Laborer in preparing and grading terrain, applying fertilizers, seeding and sodding lawns, and transplanting shrubs and plants.

2) Plans lawns, and plants and cultivates them.

3) Plants new and repairs established lawns, using seed mixtures and fertilizers recommended for particular soil type and lawn location.

4) Locates and plants shrubs, trees, and flowers selected by property owner or those recommended for particular landscape effect.

5) Mows and trims lawns. Trims shrubs and cultivates gardens. Cleans grounds.

Must have valid driver's license and clean driving history.
