Les équipes de cette activité contribuent à la collecte, au tri, au démantèlement, au recyclage, à la valorisation et la commercialisation de nouvelles ressources et des services spécialisés sur sites et industriels.

The Lead Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for communicating to an organization of nearly 10,000 employees worldwide. Reporting into and working closely with the Global Communications Director, the chosen candidate will drive content development and execution of organizational communications across several internal channels.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Work with global functions including HR, IT and finance to draft and send communications to various segments of the employee population

* Ghostwrite and send internal executive communications as needed

* Share responsibility for the SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions intranet; create content with the support of external writer(s)

* Ensure consistent tone and messaging across all communications, ensuring that key themes are represented as frequently as possible

* Maintain a calendar of upcoming communications and advise on appropriate timing for messages

* Manage internal distribution lists in partnership with HR team

* Work with external vendor to create translations for appropriate global internal messages

* Support global town hall webcasts and other internal events, including logistics, day-of management and content development

* Coordinate with regional communicators to ensure global messages are adapted and shared regionally, and work to amplify regional stories where applicable

* Take on communications projects outside of internal comms scope as needed

* Reinforce the company's culture, vision and values of collaboration, inclusiveness, diversity, integrity, quality and safety at all levels





Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field from an accredited university or college
  • At least 2 years of experience in internal or corporate communications

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience in a global company preferred
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
  • Experience writing for/managing a corporate intranet
  • Experience with Yammer, Poppulo and/or other digital internal communications platforms
