Your new role
With a number of recent multi-family projects both ongoing and soon to commence, they are looking for a superintendent with a strong background in in multi-family construction. You will be joining a very strong senior team based here in Raleigh, working closely at all levels to continue the companies winning formula for success.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to provide an up to date resume with clear experience in multi-family construction with a detailed project list including the value of the construction and your job title for each project. You will have experience delivering Garden-style apartments, as well as podiums and wraps. As you progress in the job opportunity you will need to communicate at all levels, building the trust and respect of the clients, the subs and your team. Without compromising quality, you will need to have excellent time management skills working to deadlines to deliver the project on time and within budget.

What you'll get in return
