Lead SAP FI Business Process Analyst

Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Lead SAP FI Business Process Analyst for a Full Time role that can sit in either King of Prussia, PA, Reading, PA or Scranton, PA. This position is full time and our client will not sponsor.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following:

•Design cross functional Business Processes in collaboration with functional Business stakeholders and Key Users

•Focus on outside-in views and implement new and innovative digital solutions to make processes efficient and automated.

•Document Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Process Design/Flows in Business Process Management solutions like Signavio, test plans/scripts, training materials

•Lead work streams of the continuous improvement projects. Develop and execute savings opportunities, efficiencies and process improvements.

•Takes a proactive role in understanding the processes to ensure process alignment across business teams.

•Provides regular proposals for process transformation and improvement based on knowledge of third-party capabilities, benchmarks, aligned with the organization requirements.

•Analyzing requirements coming from localization and initiate and sponsor any change requests where relevant.

•Ensure that the implemented solutions support the processes according to our design and industry best practices.

•Contribute to the change management process to ensure that the new processes are properly understood and adopted by our teams: support/facilitate organizational impact analysis and changes, contribute to end-users training strategy and change management.

•Business oriented with intensive and very direct interactions with technology and business teams.

•Proactive self-starter that is highly effective both when working independently, and on a team.

•Adhere to governance of protocol for IT engagements, prioritization of work, maintenance of portfolio and resource alignment. Adhere to established Agile and hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

•BS or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related fields.

•Must have minimum 10-15 years of SAP ERP functional experience in SAP Production Planning and Scheduling, Materials Management, Logistics Execution, Sales and Distribution, Quality Management and IT related project methodologies and life cycles for project and enhancements delivery. Must have experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing environment.

•Candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of SAP supply chain modules (MM, SD) and SAP FI

•Experienced in business process re-engineering or using Lean and Six Sigma concepts to improve business and operations (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, etc.) in a work environment.

•Strong verbal and written communication/documentation skills

Finance Specific

•Candidate should have experience working on SAP platform, preferably S4 - FI/CO and other related modules.

•Must have experience and proficiency in the Finance domain and an ability to work with non-technical business team members as well as the technical teams in IT

•Responsible for partnering with the Finance organization to identify and resolve process gaps.

•Analyze and implement solutions in areas such as AP, AR, GL, lockbox, electronic banking, controlling, CCA, PCA, etc.

•Own the solution and drive solution realization in the following areas: AP, AR, GL, Costing, Controlling, Asset Accounting, etc.

•Thorough understanding of SAP's Finance and Costing tables so you can create queries and reports.
