Adams & Martin Group is seeking a general Litigation Legal Secretary who is looking for a fully onsite opportunity with a firm in San Clamente, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience handling litigation matters for an attorney. This candidate must have a solid foundation of the court systems and formation and preparation of pleadings. The firm is looking for a legal secretary who can e-file and track filings through the e-filing platform, calendar pertinent deadlines and trigger dates, prepare pleading shells and effectuate service of process.
Salary Range $70-75K
