We are a growing mortgage company with loan officers and operations in 20 + states. If you have 2 or more years experience in the mortgage industry and are looking for an exciting change with remote flexibility and unlimited potential, look no further.
What You Will Be Doing Manage and track mortgage loan files and initial disclosures
Enter new loan applications, update statuses on system
Verify completeness of application information/documentation
Contact customers for initial approval, funding conditions
Keep updated list of files with current statuses
Meeting turn-times and goals, close of escrow dates
Order necessary documentation through third party vendors as needed
What You Need for this Position Required:
High School Diploma +
Able to work in fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
2yrs + experience in the mortgage industry
Familiar with Calyx Point software
Familiar with Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter (DU)
