RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a M&A Strategy Project Manager.Summary:Under the direction of Director of the Strategic Project Management Office, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing large and/or complex programs and projects throughout the company, including the clinical sites with the aims of improving patient health outcomes and business results. Focus will be to design, plan, manage and implement the highest priority strategic business initiatives with significant financial, process, information systems and organizational impacts that span across multiple business lines and functions. Key attributes include the ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior business leaders and other project and program sponsors, quickly and comprehensively assess and address issues associated with supported initiatives, and the ability to identify and implement improvements within the overall project delivery process. The M&A Strategy Project Manager will be expected support and coach Project Management (PMBOK) processes and best practice development and to contribute in the department's effort to institutionalize project management, program management, change management and lean processes throughout the enterprise.Responsibilities:- Leads and provides expert leadership to highly visible, sensitive and multi-faceted projects
- Implement project plans by tracking action items, communicating updates, updating project boards, conducting design and implementation reviews, researching, resolving issues, responding to inquiries, and coordinating/assigning deliverables with internal stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered with quality while on schedule and budget
- Develops KPIs, and metrics to measure deliverables of assigned projects & programs
- Maintains optimum balance of project quality, delivery, and costs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Bsiness, Halthcare, Quantitative Discipline (Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science) or related field is required
- Project Management certification required
- Change Management and Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications strongly preferred
- Master's degree in Business, Healthcare or quantitative discipline strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience required in project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results
- 5+ years experience end- to-end information systems installation, migration and upgrade projects desired
- 2+ years of experience in health care project management or process improvement required; Health Information Technology implementation experience desired
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
