Job Details:
This position starts at $19.85/hr. with a shift increase for second and potential for overtime.

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.

• Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

• Applicant will be considered for any open machine operating position on 2nd shift.

• These positions may work in any department of the facility such as the Formulation Raw process or the Ready to Eat process.

• . Applicants will comply with all safety, food safety, GMP requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be willing and able to work overtime and weekends if required.

• Must be willing and able to work with knives, if required, and wear all proper safety equipment

• Must be willing and able to lift and pulling occasionally up to 60 pounds.

• Must be willing and able to perform repetitive motions such as pinching gripping and grasping.

• Must be willing and able to work in a cold and damp environment with temperatures ranging from 20 to 50 degrees

• Must be willing and able to standing 8 to 12 hours per day.

Applicant must have at least (12) Twelve months of continuous work history with same employer within the last twelve months to be considered for this position .

Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
