Maintenace Supervisor 2nd Shift

• Successful candidates must be capable of overseeing and ensuring successful operations in each area of responsibility in alignment with company policy. The Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift reports to the Maintenance Manager and directly supervises 4 Millwright positions spanning both 2nd and 3rd shift. The Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift works with and supervises the millwrights, who perform maintenance, repair, installation, upgrades, and overhaul of mechanical equipment throughout the facility.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs/installations utilizing a wide range of tools including but not limited to hand tools, power tools, cutting torches, welding machines, hydraulic torque wrenches, soldering and metalworking equipment including lathes and grinding machines, ladders, and other tools as necessary.

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate others to accomplish multiple objectives with a sense of urgency without hampering morale.

• Work Schedule 3pm - 12am

• Competitive Salary based on experience including gainshare bonus every 5-6 weeks.
