ECS is seeking a Management Consultant - Business Transformation to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an influential, diligent, and energetic management consultant to join our team. In this role, you will join a team focused on helping our clients transform their business and IT service management processes as they modernize and define their cloud computing strategy. You will support the program with business and requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement and relationship management, project tracking and coordination, and overall process analysis and improvement for enterprise level platform services. This will include the development of cloud migration plans, service design, management and monitoring, and the development of strategic communications and briefings to communicate with stakeholder and customer organizations. Your ability to understand organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies will be critical as you analyze complex/new situations; anticipate potential problems; assess opportunities, impacts, and risks; and develop and implement client solutions.

You'll apply your creative problem-solving skills, time management, and proven communication skills to work across stakeholder groups in a highly fluid, rapidly changing environment. You love collaborative environments that use agile methods to encourage creativity in solution design. You are ambitious individual who can work under your own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work. Proven interpersonal skills are critical while contributing to the team's objectives and overall success of the program.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT Discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• 7 years' experience in business process analysis, systems analysis, or support to the design and deployment information technology programs.
• Demonstrated experience working in complex environments across stages of an engagement leading workstreams and initiatives.
• Ability to interface with stakeholders and collect requirements
• Experience developing and maintaining functional and technical documentation
• Continuously interested to learn and develop yourself with a good technical and business aptitude
• Great in verbal and written communication

• Agile or Project Management Certifications
• 7 years' experience
• Financial analysis/management experience
• Organizational Change Management
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS/Azure) and systems migration
• Risk Management
