Job Summary

The Information Security Manager will plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of cyber-security administrative, technical, and physical controls across Tower Health.

• Works closely with TH providers and employees to evaluate, meet, and support their operational system needs through the appropriate application of security processes and technology.
• Works closely with the CISO on developing and implementing a risk-based security roadmap and corresponding projects.
• Manages security engineering and security administration staff to build and maintain a comprehensive cyber-security program prioritized by risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education & experience
• Relevant experience in information security or related IT infrastructure in a highly regulated industry with a large employee population
• Strong understanding of architecture, network security, active directory, lateral movement of data, risk and vulnerability management.
• One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GISP, GLSC, HCISPP
• Customer focused with heavy interaction across the organization with clinicians and leaders
• Strong communication and leadership skills
