Job Summary
The Manager of Instructional Design, Engagement and Support provides oversight to the University's instructional design team which includes developing the goals and direction of the team in coordination with Department and University initiatives. This position leads instructional design initiatives and pedagogical innovations in teaching and learning, provides leadership, instructional and program design expertise, and project management in the design, development, and delivery of internal and external training and development, as well as consultations in the development and design for online, hybrid and in person courses. The Manager also develops and implements programs and strategy for ongoing assistance to faculty on emerging trends in instructional design best practices and acts as the campus liaison to other instructional design leads throughout the University.
