We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Communications Specialist. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Marcom Managers to drive impactful marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, effective communication, resourcefulness, and a passion for marketing. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing all trade shows. Your role will involve ensuring seamless logistics, engaging booth design, and effective lead generation.
- Develop compelling digital marketing collateral, including flyers, white papers, videos, and PowerPoint presentations. These materials will showcase our current product portfolio and upcoming product launches.
- Maintain and update content on our Intranet and Internet platforms. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our brand messaging.
- Utilize the Domo tool to create monthly metric reports. These reports will provide insights into key performance indicators and help inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee operational tools critical to our success, including the Healthcare Release Tool and content management systems (CSM, One Library, and MIND). Your proficiency in managing these tools will contribute to our efficiency.
- Execute internal communication initiatives, such as the weekly internal newsletter. Your ability to convey information effectively will enhance our team's cohesion and alignment.
- Education:
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing and/or Communications. This could include roles as a working student or student assistant.
