What you'll gain:

As a Product Specialist Marketing Intern at TSI, you will work closely with the marketing team on a variety of projects to gain relevant experience in the current job market. Some of these projects may include:

• Monitoring key market trends, competitive landscape and the perception of TSI in the market
• Determining market segments and customer buying criteria and integrating this knowledge into product launch and demand generation activities
• Collaborating with Product Managers to develop value propositions that lead to clear product differentiation
• Developing customer-focused messaging and creating compelling sales tools that support the selling of assigned products
• Contributing to the planning and execution of programs and product launches
• Tracking and coordinating activities leading to the successful completion of cross functional projects
• Partnering with Product Management, Sales and Marketing Communications to develop and implement marketing programs, including multi-media collateral to support lead generation and advance prospects to sales
• Establishing and maintaining metrics for tracking and reporting downstream marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and ROI

What you'll need:

Required

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Creative thinker with a strong propensity for problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communication skills
• Continuous learner driven to succeed and achieve significant results

Preferred

• Proficient in current marketing strategies and best practices
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (based on a 4.0 scale)
