Marketing Manager (Contract)

Beacon Hill Staffing is currently sourcing candidates for a Marketing Manager with heavy background in Event Planning and execution for our client Located close to The Battery. Our client is a respected multi-office law firm, and this position is an immediate need. This role will be a temporary/contractor position at this time. Typical hours will be 9-5 Monday through Friday in the office. Their marketing team needs additional support and has a particular need for assistance in the planning, execution and attendance for local events. Additionally, you will be developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and marketing analytics as part to the team.

Job Details: Day to day, work flow is not set and remains fluid depending on the needs of the firm, responding proactively, accessing each task or event operationally and work to ensure completion.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the firm's services and enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate with attorneys and practice groups to identify target markets, key messaging, and marketing objectives.
• Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
• Plan and coordinate firm events, seminars, webinars, and sponsorships to engage clients and prospects.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance, to measure ROI and optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
• A least 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a professional services environment
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex legal concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, CRM, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
