At Meta, you can play a key part in our Global Customer Marketing team. We are looking for experienced and data-driven marketing professionals to lead the strategy and drive execution of marketing content, integrated campaigns, and go-to-market strategies for our Global Business Group sales organization. You will be responsible for developing marketing materials that help businesses adopt the right solutions to help grow their business. This includes digital experiences, collateral, and more. To be successful in this role, you are proactive, adaptable in dynamic environments, and able to anticipate and mitigate challenges by being solution-oriented. You should have strong experience in working with Sales, a strong appreciation of Meta products, and an understanding of how marketing channels like emails, content hubs, events, and ads can be used to reach and engage with advertisers at scale. You also have the ability to collaborate across multiple marketing disciplines and cross-functional teams.

Marketing Manager, Global Customer Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Proactively own and drive strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, and workstreams from start to finish while closely collaborating across cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for global sales programs for our Global Business Group sales teams with the end goal of Meta solutions adoption.
  • Partner with global cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Product Marketing teams, and more to advance goals.
  • Ideate and develop customer-centric content that inspires and educates businesses. Ensure content is compelling and integrated across channels including FB ads, emails, landing pages and more.
  • Manage a data-driven sales enablement tool by overseeing all content that lives within the tool, proposing ideas on further iterations of the tool, and creating a roadmap to ensure sales adoption and usage growth.
  • Collaborate closely with team lead and stakeholders to align content roadmaps to specific business goals.
  • Seek out and analyze quantitative and qualitative data points to make data-driven decisions, extract insights and actionable opportunities, and improve how impact is measured.
  • Closely support the team lead on new initiatives, opportunities, and experiments to enhance and accelerate the team and work's impact on our partners.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 4+ years of experience within business or sales marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, content strategy, consulting, or a related field
  • Experience working closely with managed sales teams, serving global brands or agencies, or acting as a salesperson in the digital advertising space
  • Experience communicating, influencing, and collaborating across multiple teams and leadership
  • Experience in program or project management and prioritization
  • Work sample and/or portfolio


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand language and powerful stories
  • Data-driven, analytical and problem-solving experience, and familiarity with account based marketing strategies and tactics
  • Experience adapting marketing materials, digital surfaces, and other collateral based on data and insights
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven approach to program ownership from start to finish and team player
