They are offering a newly created opportunity for a Marketing Operations Manager to become part of their high energy, collaborative, and supportive Marketing team, which offers plenty of growth and success.

As the Marketing Ops Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing processes and systems and understanding data to help make better, faster, smarter decisions. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Ops & Sales Analytics, you will connect the dots between business objectives and programmatic execution. The Marketing Ops Manager will take on a lead role in optimizing internal systems to achieve the businesses goals, while continuing to grow practical skills in data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing administration of marketing automation platform (Marketo) - SFDC integration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, etc.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to plan, launch and analyze the success of campaigns, including the development of complex nurture or drip campaigns.
• Identify areas for improvement in the lead funnel or internal operations and drive execution of improvement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 4-5 years of experience in Marketing.
• 1+ years of management experience with Marketing Automation platform (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, APIs as they relate to digital marketing.
• Highly proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Analytical skills - you know how to use data to tell a story.
