RESPONSIBILITIES:

A client with Kforce located in Orlando, FL is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join their team onsite. This is a hybrid opportunity with (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office).Summary:This person must successfully manage all client programs, ensuring the team meets schedule deadlines and due dates within approved program budgets. This position is expected to understand the execution needs of client programs, creating campaign timelines and estimates that fit within overarching program schedules and budgets. Additionally, the Project Manager is responsible for assuring program deliverables are presented and reviewed at key milestones to ensure all overarching program timelines are met and approvals received.Duties Include:
  • Marketing Project Manager creates project timelines in project management software (Workfront)
  • Organizes creative briefing kick off meetings when applicable and ensures appropriate creative team and necessary stakeholders are represented
  • Ensures all relevant information and assets are relayed to creative team for kickoff (when applicable) and execution
  • Ensures deliverables are reviewed in line with program and project timelines and requirements
  • As a Marketing Project Manager, you will manage all project change orders
  • Ensures all program/campaign tactics are approved by LP and/or Legal prior to final file handoff when applicable
  • Successfully manage all client programs, ensuring the agency meets schedule deadlines and due dates within approved program budgets


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Project Management, Business, Organizational Management, Graphic Design, or Art Design is required
  • Creative Project Management (5+ years preferred)
  • 5+ years in a corporate environment with focus on developing marketing and advertising messaging strategies and overseeing tactical execution
  • Experience with external and in-house creative agencies or marketing/advertising is strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with project management workflow software (Workfront, etc.) a plus, strongly preferred
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding and proven experience with creative workflow software and workflows for print, video, digital (web, mobile app, CRM, etc.) production required
  • Scrum/Agile experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
Preferred Skills:
  • PMP or any other Project Management certifications a plus
  • Experience with in-house creative agency or marketing/advertising is strongly preferred
  • Preferable experience managing/overseeing at least 1 or more direct reports


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
