HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with a well-established Distributor in need of Material Handlers in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Position: Material Handler
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85040
Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Shift:

1st shift Monday-Thursday 8am-6:30pm (overtime is mandatory)

Compensation: $17.00/hr.- $18.50/hr.- Weekly Pay

Specific Responsibilities:

• Must have forklift experience
• Be able to stand and walk entire shift
• Able to handle/lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Be able to climb 2 flights of stairs
• Reading and comprehending work instructions in English is required
• Maintain Safe working environment, assuring compliance with all safety requirements
• Willingness to be cross chain by working different roles within the warehouse
• Comfortable with working on a computer and or tablet to maintain inventory sheets.
• Good math skills are required with basic problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to speak fluent English but speaking Spanish is a plus.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3-6 months of warehouse experience
