JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Expertise and working knowledge in IBM Maximo Asset Management v7.6.0.9 with strong experience in best practice solution design, implementation, and development in upgrading to Maximo v7.6.1.2.
* Good functional and technical understanding and working knowledge of Maximo including Asset Management, Service Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Service Requests, and Job Plans.
* Familiarity with Maximo add-ons like Health Safety Environmental (HSE), Scheduler, Spatial, and Mobility solutions.
* Experienced in developing Start Centers and Work Centers.
* Maximo v7.6 development experience mainly on workflow creation and configuration
* Hands on experience with the following:
o Install/setup Maximo 7.6.x.x, Ifixes/fix Packs install on 7.6.x.x Maximo.
o Build/deploy on 7.6.x.x Maximo and Troubleshooting 7.6.x.x Maximo issues.
o Security Management in Maximo 7.6
o Install/Setup/Troubleshooting WebSphere Application server
o SSL/SSO experience on WebSphere application server.
o Understanding of F5 Load balancer and IBM HTTPS server.
o Application design, Automation scripts using Python / Java scripts, Complex Maximo configurations.
o Extensive experience on Rest and Jason based integration
o Middleware integrations ex - SoftwareAG Webmethods Enterprise Service Bus
o Maximo migration experience with release and deployment management activities
o Data migration experience utilizing the MIF framework
o Experience in Data modeling for BI reporting and hands on BIRT and Cognos experience.
* Standard Query Language, Oracle and TOAD
* Experience working with SDLC
* Experience with Version Control software (GitHub, IAM, Rational, TFS, VCS, SVN …)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Production Support - work with users to resolve issues, build enhancements
* Researches, analyzes, and effectively consolidates technical or engineering related data and information and presents for management review.
* Applies project management fundamentals and concepts with management guidance. Develops progress reports, meeting minutes, and field communication memos for management review.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related) required; in addition to Minimum four (5) years' experience in IBM Maximo.
REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR LICENSURE:
* Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills will be essential to communicate with the business, all levels of management, and collaborate with peers and other IT development and support teams.
* Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals.
* Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
* Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.
