RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client located in Irving, TX that is seeking an MBS Associate/Data Processor to join their corporate Merchandise Business Solutions team.Summary:The MBS Associate/Data Processor is responsible for uploading files, manipulating data, and then uploading into the corporate business system. The candidate will provide support of new merchandise items as well - which includes research and item set up. In this role, you will be an integral part of the business and ensuring the MBS system runs smoothly.Responsibilities will include:- The MBS Associate/Data Processor will resolve complex problems given limited information in a time sensitive environment
- Perform cross-functional activities including maintenance and/or research using ancillary systems
- Proactively manage assigned tasks/workflow daily with minimal supervision
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and act as a chance agent in implementing solutions
- As a MBS Associate/Data Processor, you will develop Merchandising and ad personnel on data maintenance request issues requiring resolution
- Act as a Help Desk for Zone Merchandisers, Category Managers and Category Assistants
- Collaboration is required to identify and resolve issues with data submissions
- Proof all work processed to ensure 100% accuracy
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous convenience store experience (asst. manager, manager, or cashier)
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel - including how to utilize VLOOKUP's (must pass Excell assessment)
- Computer/tech savvy
- Pays close attention to detail - ensuring accuracy
- Enjoys working as a team player
- Great communication skills - both email and phone
- Self-starter
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
