MEDICAL ASSEMBLY- IMMEDIATE POSITIONS- $ 20.00 per hour

Pay range: 20.00 per hour
Hours: 6am-2:30 or 10am-6:30 Monday- Friday
Location: New Brighton MN

Job Duties:

• Conduct inspection and testing procedures for incoming components and assemblies, inclusive of data entry and testing protocols.
• Assemble products according to prescribed quality standards and detailed work instructions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of daily production.
• Manage meticulous inventories of components and tools essential for supporting manufacturing team in garment production.
• Exhibit keen attention to detail throughout assembly and production processes.
• Identify and escalate any issues or quality concerns, understanding their potential impact on product quality and workflow.
• Foster open communication and collaboration with team members to promote smooth production operations.
• Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including those outlined by HIPAA.
• Handle the picking, packing, and shipping of products and marketing materials if necessitated.
• Consistently achieve or surpass individual productivity benchmarks.
• Implement and maintain organizational standards in the work area, utilizing the 5S system.
• Uphold punctuality and attendance standards as outlined.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Medical Device assembly is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay on task
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for 2-3 hours
• Basic computer skills necessary
• Uphold cleanliness and safety in the work environment by maintaining orderly workstations through tasks like sweeping, dusting, and mopping as required.
• Able to provide on-going communications to Quality & Regulatory Affairs, peers, and management
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
