Summary of Role:

GF is seeking a New College Grad to join the team Circuit Design team specific focus on SRAM memory and logic circuit design. This engineer will focus on detailed simulations and analysis.

Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Digital logic IP design, Hspice simulate including flop Monte Carlo simulation and analysis, characterize using liberate flow, analyze the design and results in details, and document for seed cell delivery to developers or for GF production.
  • SRAM memory design includes designing sub-blocks such as Predecode and Decode detail Hspice simulation including Statistical analysis using Solido or Varman and Hspice Monte Carlo simulations.
  • All designs will require detailed schematics including exact sizes in Virtuoso and work with layout designers to complete the design to reduce area and interconnects.
  • Good teamwork and regular meetings with the team members will be essential for the success of memory and digital IP design projects.
  • Good documentation of all design and analysis projects.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education - Graduating with a master's in computer and electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.

  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning & organizational skills
  • Good teamwork will be essential.

Expected Salary Range
$49,400.00 - $103,000.00
