Description: Our client is currently seeking a Network Engineer
Remote work with 30% travel to tri-state (NY, NJ and CT). Expenses will be reimbursed for the travel during the project.
Candidate should be from east coast only.
POSITION OVERVIEW :
Project Overview: Seeking a seasoned network professional who'll be able to help us to migrate acquired network infrastructure and help with ip renumbering, WAN standardization, troubleshooting and operations of the global infrastructure.
Role Scope / Deliverables: - Map and cleanup ip overlaps between existing and acquired network
- migrating WAN to standard SilverPeak SDWAN solution
- do network assessment and discovery
- create design and BoM based on standard design principles
- coordinate with service delivery for hardware orders
- implement simple and complex network changes
- troubleshoot issues
- vulnerability and patch management
- Enhance monitoring
Key Skills: - SilverPeak SDWAN
• DELL VEP, ESXi
• Cisco Routing + Switching (minimum CCNP level)
• Cisco Meraki
• Fortinet and Palo Alto firewall
• F5 load balancers
