Innova Solutions has an immediate need for a talented Network Engineer with Data Center operations experience. This is an onsite, 12 month opportunity with long-term potential located in Atlanta-GA (30354).

Client: #1 Air Line Carrier.

Compensation Information: $42/hr W2

Summarized Job Description:

The IT Facilities Team is responsible for:

• IT Governance of all site implementations, inventories, infrastructure planning, escorting, preventative maintenances and break/fix services for data center critical infrastructure, IT certification labs, and remote communication room critical environment equipment
• Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all critical facilities infrastructure for data center and remote communication room equipment
• Development of data center and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
• Support IT Facilities Campus Fiber Ring to maintain the integrity and service continuity of the Atlanta Airport and Campus Facilities underground fiber ring.
• Project management of data center and remote communication room standards capital improvements, upgrades, and enhancements

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Knowledge of data center technology and critical facilities infrastructure
• Work with IT platform teams to understand scope of projects requiring the installation and/or decommissioning of physical assets in the data centers.
• Experience with design, implementation, and vendor support of the appropriate electrical power, A/C, Fire suppression, security, floor maintenance and cabling programs for communication rooms and data halls.
• Break fix support experience for alarm/ticket remediation related to facilities, remote communication rooms, lab, and data center equipment.
• Review/Store Maintenance Records. Ensure discrepancies are remediated.
• Capital Forecast and Project Management for FTO Critical Equipment Life Cycle Replacement.
