We are actively seeking a Night Shift Business Area Manager to join our team in Fargo. In this role you will be responsible for planning, implementation and maintenance of the manufacturing activities of a specific area. The manager ensures the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand.
• Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature.
• Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint and/or assembly.
• Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
• Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations.
• Other related duties as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $137,000. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 or more years of supervisory experience, including experience with weld/fab
• OR Associates degree plus 8 or more years of supervisory experience, including experience with weld/fab
• OR High School Diploma/GED plus 10 or more years of supervisory experience, including experience with weld/fab
