The CE North America Parts Sales Director at CNH Industrial will be accountable for overall Profit and Loss of CE Aftermarket Organization. We are looking for a highly engaged subject matter expert who is excited about the opportunity to lead multiple teams. This person will be responsible for parts and precision solutions sales and marketing and will collaborate with the regional parts operations team to facilitate the implementation of leading practices in our industry.

This leadership role will require regular travel across the US and sometimes Canada. The preferred candidate will live in Wisconsin, Illinois, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Arizona or California.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the long-range sales forecasting for the North America region, taking inputs from various key contributors to the business (Parts, Precision, Gov't/National Accounts Sales).
  • Strategic planner and problem solver who is committed to providing superior customer service while contributing to revenue-producing initiatives in the region to and to overall CNH Industrial / Construction Segment strategy.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Parts and Precision Construction Sales organizations, promoting a highly motivated, effective sales workforce.
  • Mentor team members to take a customer first approach in all activities and decisions.
  • Collaborate with Central Parts Marketing team to ensure proper representation in programs/promotions.
  • Serve as voice of customer for the Case CE NA customer base, related to Parts & Services.
  • Develop and execute dealer network parts growth strategy that aligns to the brand vision.
  • Develop, implement, and track KPIs, service delivery processes and service level agreements for review with Sr Leadership
The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $262,000 annually
(Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least (10) years of experience in doing business with Dealerships in the Capital Goods Industry, preferably within Parts & Service
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior successful profit & loss management
  • Demonstrated ability to increase profitability through proactive business development effort
  • At least five (5) years of experience leading teams
  • Ability to travel about 40% annually
  • Masters' Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Experience working for a global organization
