Job Description

Working as a core member of our Financial Transformation team, the O2B Group Billing Process Manager will help to design and implement standardized O2B processes that will be deployed globally across SGS business functions and our affiliates.

More specifically, you will:

  • Implement standard billing process based on best practices, working with members of the business and finance community as required;
  • Ensure that the project is implemented as expected with no disruptions to the service provided by SGS and the running of the business;
  • Lead and coordinate Analysis and Design workshops (including all execution and invoicing systems) within all the stakeholders, following the established project methodology, implementation activities and monitoring of process performance;
  • Assess and analyze data and present fact-based recommendations clearly and logically;
  • Develop change management initiatives based on project demand, challenges and implications;
  • Perform change readiness assessment to determine feasibility of Billing Centralization and present the results to business units;
  • Act as primary contact to address any issues and queries on change management activities;
  • Demonstrate autonomy and initiative to provide solutions and to take strategic decisions;
  • Conduct discussions with business management on the allocation of tasks by employee. Review and challenge results reported in the Task Allocation File;
  • Maintain a good working relationship between all the departments involved in the transformation;
  • Propose and provide support on risk mitigation and controls;
  • Identify training and IT needs to support the process in collaboration with other team members;
  • Collaborate with global project team members to achieve the project deliverables;
  • Be responsible for managing, developing and training the resources reporting to this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Finance / Accounting;
  • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or another ERP are beneficial;
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Good written and verbal English skills;
  • Project management skills;
  • Must be able to travel internationally.
