Location: REMOTE Description: Our client is currently seeking a Observation Case Manager
This role's primary responsibility will be to work in Zoom observing Client employees take COVID tests online and confirming test results in our database.
The Observation Case Managers will sometimes serve as Zoom room coordinator, helping to manage traffic once employees enter the main Zoom room, and moving them into private breakout rooms for observations, or being in the private rooms doing the observations.
The secondary responsibility entails interviewing client's employees on the phone and accurately filling out appropriate forms and making initial determinations on quarantine decisions for each case.
Determinations are then routed to our Quality Control Management team for review before final notification goes out to employees.
Case Managers have KPIs that must be maintained as part of their success in the role.
Robust training and peer shadowing is part of the process, and there is a strong support system for learning the role.
Shifts are - 5a to 2p CT or 1p to 10p CT and Tues through Saturday or Sunday through Thurs
