Judge Healthcare is currently seeking an Operating Room Manager with one of our top healthcare clients in Philadelphia, PA!

Job Details:

• Location: Philadelphia, PA
• Hours: 1st shift, Monday - Friday
• Job Type: Permanent
• Sign-on Bonus: Yes

Responsibilities:

• Responsible and accountable for the coordination of all clinical activities and daily operations on the unit for a 24-hour period.
• Works in conjunction with the staff to coordinate the care of all patients on the unit.
• Coordinates daily allocation of resources and promotes the development of work teams. Information about
• Types of surgeries include: General, Podiatry, Vascular, Urology, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Pain and Orthopedics. We have a great bariatric program as well as having just launched our robotics program in January with the new DaVinci Xi.
  
• Position reports directly to Director of Nursing

Requirements:

• Valid Rn license in the state of PA.
• Note: Either Bachelor's or Master's degree must be in nursing. Experienced perioperative RN is required CNOR preferred
