What you will be doing:

The role is responsible for managing projects across all areas of operations including product development production stabilization, process and systems improvements. The Operations Project Manager will document and manage cross functional projects including product, marketing, sales, senior leadership, and global shared services participants.


  • Coordinate activities related to factory consolidation and rationalization

  • Collaborate with product teams and factories to ensure product production readiness

  • Support projects managing schedule of products through first production until stable

  • Coordinate with operations and APO teams to ensure production volumes delivered on-time and in-quantity

  • Support operational activities relating to sustaining production of products and expansion of supply chain capabilities

  • Project manage operational activities through inter-departmental coordination based on desired timelines

  • Manage PLM process, including change management, using system based solutions

  • Project manage internal and external groups supporting product changes

  • Outwardly communicate product changes to key stakeholders and receive buy-in before release

  • Maintain product documentation system as collateral expands to support increasing product offering

  • Collate product documentation from multiple sources, input into documentation system and distribute to vital partners

  • Supplement and revise product documentation as necessary to ensure complete records
Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Manufacturing, product or project engineering background

  • Experienced in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Development

  • Demonstrated record of project management

  • Exposure to cross-functional schedule management
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in related profession/field.

  • 2- 3+ Years of experience working on Engineering or Project Management of product development

  • Proven background in Project and or Product Management

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working cross-departmental and with overseas manufacturers
