TITLE: OPS Housing Attendant
HIRING SALARY: $15.00 per hour
HOURS: 20 hours a week, hours may vary

Major Function: This position calls for professionalism and customer service in a dormitory setting. The attendant works independently on assigned tasks and dealing with recruits, instructors, and visitors.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Welcoming and registering guests that are checking in the housing facility
Generating room keycards for guests
Assisting guests with any issues that may arise
Communicating with FPSI staff in order to maintain efficient records for the billing process
Monitoring vacant rooms in between occupancy and seeing that all items are replaced and in working order
Communicate in a 'team player' manner in order to provide proper coverage when needed and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
Minimum Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- must be able to work independently and have excellent hospitality skills
- knowledge of Windows Operating System, MS Office/Excel and related desktop applications
- proficient with Microsoft Outlook/Teams
- Considered a Plus: Eye for detail, organized, efficient and timely
