Assist higher level analysts, business managers, and legal team with regulatory requirements and caseload from the various State Utility Commissions. Ensure that regulatory calendars and document repositories are current. Coordinate and submit regulatory filings to state utility commissions.

Responsibilities

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIIES:

1. Coordinate and submit regulatory filings to state utility commissions, including senior management review. (50,P)

2. Maintain regulatory calendars and document repositories. (10,P)

3. Coordinate and submit regulatory compliance filings and responses to interrogatories. (30,P)

4. Monitor activities of state utilities commissions, including deliberative sessions, and provide updates to management and legal teams. (10,P)

Skills and Requirements

POSTION REQUIREMENTS:

Skills/Abilities: Strong communications skills, Interpersonal skills, Excellent organizational skills, Familiarity with analytical techniques as applied to the regulatory process. Strong Microsoft software skills, Able to work effectively in fast-paced environment.

Experience/Training: 3-5 years work experience, Familiary with regulatory compliance and utlity industry beneficial, Experience with Livelink beneficial.

Required Education: Associate's degree or minimum of 3 years rate, regulatory, legal or government relations work experience
