Part Time Medical Receptionist

Ultimate Staffing is seeking qualified candidates for a Medical Front Desk opportunity

This is a PART-TIME, temp to perm, in office position.

Prior experience working with ATHENA is preferred but not required.

Pay $17/hour.

Hours: 28 to 32 hours per week

Job duties including but not limited to:

- Answering the phones

- Greeting patients

- Ensuring paperwork is completed

- Data entry

- Scheduling

- Faxing/Scanning/Emailing

- Ensuring all patients are taken care of in a timely manner

Requirements:

- 1-2 years in the medical field

- Customer Service Skills

- Administrative background
