What you'll do as a Payment Support Associate:

  • Supporting Customer Experience and VIP teams in various player account requests.
  • Interact with customers via email, phone, and chat to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Review, Triage & Provide end-to-end resolution of all internal inquiries regarding chargebacks, payment processing issues with deposits, and withdrawals for all payment method offerings.
  • Import daily chargeback reconciliation reports and notification of incoming disputes from PSPs within our internal database
  • Assist in the monitoring of occasional alerts to identify potential payment issues.
  • Assist management and internal teams with ad hoc requests and additional reviews as needed.
What you'll bring:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field will be considered an asset.
  • Understanding of gaming and payment processes.
  • Team Player with a strong bias for action with our players.
  • Experience in SQL is preferred but not required.
  • Competence with Zendesk & Microsoft Office product suite.
  • Intermediate Excel skills are preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work potential days, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to get licensed in multiple jurisdictions
