Payroll Specialist

Our client, a well known software company in the Boston area, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a long term project basis! In this Payroll Administrator, job duties will include biweekly payroll processing for 800+ employees in multiple states using ADP Workforce Now. Additionally in this Payroll Administrator role, job duties will include taking charge of the payroll inquiry inbox and responding to tickets. Candidate should be well versed in US Payroll law, and be able to answer employees inquiries regarding deductions, garnishments, benefits, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Process biweekly payroll of 800+ employees
• Manage Payroll inbox for employee inquiries
• Maintain payroll records, tax reports, deduction reports, and various payroll data
• Assist with benefits enrollments and terminations
• Manage the preparation of annual w2 related tax filings

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of experience with payroll processing
• Experience working in ADP WorkForce Now
• SAP systems experience a plus, but not a must
