What you'll do as a People Operations Specialist:

  • Own the onboarding and orientation program supporting the beginning of every new hire's journey as a DK employee.
  • Improve the end-to-end onboarding experience and program by incorporating new program elements and regional specific requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand gaps and challenges in current processes and programs to ultimately drive future improvements.
  • Perform routine Workday transaction audits, create and adhere to reference documentation to ensure data integrity throughout systems and reporting.
  • Execute Workday HCM transactions in response to employee service tickets and requests submitted by managers.
  • Respond to employee and People Team requests for information, issue resolution, and reporting needs using case management tool.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, and use a variety of tools and methods to communicate with impact to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform process improvements and drive change management within the global HR team.
  • Participate in system implementation project team meetings to influence business processes and system design.
What you'll bring:
  • Exceptional presentation skills, experience and comfort with public speaking.
  • Strong business acumen, including critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and initiative skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
  • Internal drive for data integrity across all responsibilities.
  • Collaborative spirit with a passion for process evolution and improvement.
  • Eagerness to be on-site at our Boston HQ for at least three days per week including all Mondays.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2+ years of experience working within a HR function, ideally in a growth-oriented company.
  • Experience with Workday HCM.
