JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary duties of the Planner II are to collect, assimilate, develop, and manage facilities and land use planning, landscape design and mission requirements-related exercises for military and other federal clients worldwide. Participates in and leads planning charrettes and analyzes development constraints and documentation in support of regional, urban, and military installation design to produce fully executable master plans. Prepares conceptual and schematic designs for institutional-level buildings, federal and military installations and mixed-use facilities of all types, including development of high-quality illustrations for planning documentation. Participates in the preparation of data tabulations for generating project requirements. Participates in sustainability and resiliency planning for federal clients throughout the US. Travel Requirement is 25% or 1 week per month on average including international.
