Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Sales Executive will be responsible managing the pipeline of Commercial Tax opportunities including coordinating with the Account Executives and prospective clients on setting up demos, solution selling, negotiating terms/contracts, and following through with the execution of the deal. Strong Commercial Tax expertise and Sales acumen is required.
  • Manage Pipeline: Manage Sales Pipeline between and 50+ client targets. Continuous follow ups with clients and AEs to obtain meeting times for demos, put together proposals/ROI, follow up on value discussions and support negotiation and contracting through closure.
  • Identify new whitespace opportunities: Provide whitespace intel and support additional pipeline replenishment.
  • Support Marketing and Campaign efforts: Provide input on marketing material and campaign efforts to drive increased rate of success.
  • Voice of Customer: Synthesize client feedback and delivering to product management along with value prop and revenue opportunities; working with them to verify the end solution fits the clients' needs.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years related sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional and professional demeanor
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experienced selling into commercial real estate, mortgage, FinTech or commercial tax services a plus
  • Ability to focus on goals and develop a work plan that produces desired results
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Results-driven and persistent
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel skills
  • Basic data and technical competencies
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Please note the salary range listed is for the base portion of the compensation and this role also has uncapped commission (OTE package)

Annual Pay Range:
110,000 - 137,500 USD
