Meta's Product Compliance & Privacy Team is looking for an experienced Compliance Program Manager to support the monitoring, maintenance and advisory of Meta's privacy training programs. This role will have an opportunity to consult on world class privacy learning experiences to equip our growing workforce and advance Meta's privacy mission in an evolving regulatory environment.The Privacy Training Compliance Program Manager will sit in the Strategy and Business Operations pillar in the Privacy & Data practices team, and support some of the privacy training program's core functional areas: (1) Program Development and Scale, (2) Program Operations, (3) Compliance and (4) Training Design and Curriculum Development. This role will specifically be responsible for driving short term and long-term governance and oversight initiatives for privacy training and for ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met in partnership with privacy, learning, engineering and product teams. This role will include interactions with our Privacy Assessor to support training safeguards and demonstrate training maturity at Meta. This is a highly collaborative role. The ideal candidate has experience in compliance program management and has excellent communication skills. Success will require strong cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and regulatory environment. You should be a team player who is comfortable challenging existing ways of working and bringing a fresh perspective to our approach.

Privacy Training Compliance Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact on behalf of the Privacy Training Program for all compliance related activities
• Actively contribute to the growth and scale of the program by driving centralized governance and oversight
• Own, maintain and prepare Safeguard documentation to support the Training, Awareness and Communication domains, specifically in relation to ongoing audits
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including legal council, privacy policy and product to drive milestones and advise on execution of large scale privacy training program compliance initiatives
• Partner with Privacy Leadership, Legal partners, and Privacy Training Managers to conduct training activities in support of Safeguard operations
• Run day to day compliance related operations
• Drive consistency of process, practices, and execution across training safeguards in support of the training program
• Manage complex data, privacy, and competition compliance training programs, including risk assessments and safeguard implementation
• Identify and implement process or program solutions and drive innovation to address Compliance and regulatory standards required in the programs

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years working in the compliance, regulatory or training program management space
• Demonstrated experience working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience communicating complex concepts concisely and clearly at all levels across across both digital and in-person platforms
• Demonstrated experience working with large scale cross-functional teams across multiple departments and locations
• Proven project and program management skills and a proven track record of managing and delivering against timelines
• Experience with training programs or learning and development
• Proven experience in driving change management in a global capacity

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in one or any of the following: privacy and data protection, compliance, scaling global learning and training programs, privacy, security, risk or compliance learning projects, training in the technology industry, familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, training tools, learning technology, and learning principles
• Experience with product development, or working directly with product development teams
