Our client is currently seeking a Procurement Sourcing Analyst-HIRING ASAP

Location: 100% REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME

This person will be accountable for the successful design, development, deployment and integration of strategic sourcing initiatives. Specific responsibilities include consulting with business unit leadership to research, design and develop sourcing strategies to meet their business needs. They will also be responsible for the development and management of RFP strategies, supplier negotiations, contract drafting, integration with business units, identification and execution of cost savings opportunities, and providing feedback on vendor performance to the Vendor Management Office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead procurement strategies, initiatives, and contract negotiation strategies across organization and management levels

• Consult with cross-functional business partners on sourcing strategies; leads research and analysis to facilitate business decisions regarding the use of vendor partners; maintain strategic relationships with cross-functional business partners

• Facilitate RFx in partnership with business units to achieve divisional goals

• During the contracting process, serves as a liaison between this company and their vendors, ensuring that sourced goods and services meet business needs, quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with Legal to write realistic and enforceable contracts and SLAs.

• Provide functional expertise and support to Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, and Security in support of adherence to all policies supporting the contracting process and carious audits as required

• Be accountable for maintaining scope of work in line with departmental expectations, including: Objective setting, measurement, and process improvement in all areas of responsibility, maintaining contracts in central repository in line with corporate guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Must have experience working with RFPs

• A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and 5 years of related work experience or 9 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree

• Strong negotiation skills, related to both pricing and contract terms

• Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated curiosity

• Self-motivated, ability to work independently, flexible, demonstrated ability to set priorities

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

• Demonstrated strong project management skills; ability to develop and work on several projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
