Description:
JDP is seeking a Production Manager in Woodbridge Township, NJ area! The candidate will oversee all aspects of the plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Implement CI initiatives
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of employees
Requirements:
- MUST have prior food manufacturing experience
- MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proven experience in leadership role
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment maintenance needs
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills
- Effective communication skills
