We are seeking a Program Analyst III to potentially support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Technical and Analytical Support Services (TASS) multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quality (IDIQ). This position is a contingent position that is subject to a federal contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical expertise with ongoing programs to include input at program reviews, site visits, demonstrations, and other events; provide recommendations to mitigate technical risk and potential program impact of failure; provide independent assessments of results of laboratory and other tests conducted by the performers.
  • Participating in routine program tasks to include support of technology evaluations, participation at meetings, coordination with related Government and performer organizations, program planning, background research and bibliographic research, meeting preparation, and presentation production.
  • Organize and logistically support program- related meetings and new concept industry days/workshops. Meeting support services include planning, organizing, scheduling, agenda planning, conference material and proceedings preparations, provide for audio-visual services/equipment and security services at both DARPA and non-DARPA locations to include virtual participation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required in a field such as international relations, international development, or public policy with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have a Secret clearance.
  • Demonstrated creativity, foresight, professionalism, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving financial, business, administrative, or program management problems.
  • Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following: developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining financial budgets and tracking financial milestones; creating and coordinating budget and, acquisition documents; organizing meetings; developing briefings to technical and non-technical audiences; DoD policies and regulations; and interacting with multiple internal and external personnel with excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using modern PC computer techniques, systems, and tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel.
  • DoD experience highly desirable with at least two (2) years working with DARPA is highly desirable.
