Job Description Summary
Responsible to support a highly functioning team which leverages client managed technology platforms and data driven analytics for integrated facilities management (IFM) strategy, solutions, and delivery of services. This role will evolve all services and programs into a predictive rather than reactive model. Expectations are to deliver value through strategic thinking, thought leadership, innovation and operational excellence to further advance a program unique to the integrated facilities management industry.
Job Description

This role may be responsible for one or more of the following:

•Support the Global Director of Technical Services in delivery of responsibilities related to client portfolio.

•Work collaboratively with managers in Global Engineering, Finance, Workplace Services and Project Management.

•Execute the asset management strategy outlined by the client and defined by account Platform and Strategic Leads.

•Work closely with the Global Engineering team to update and maintain various spreadsheets, databases, and SharePoint sites.

•Assist in the development of policy documentation, tools and reports.

•Attend various meetings and record minutes for review and distribution.

•Create and develop visual presentations.

•Assist in the coordination of events such as meetings, workshops and conferences.

•Maintain constant and positive communication with all Client employees, Cushman & Wakefield employees, and vendors.

•Takes on special projects working independently and/or within a team.

•Adhere to all client established deadlines.

•Be familiar with Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures and client policies and procedures as they relate to the position and job description.

•Prepare PowerPoint packages or presentations for both internal and external reporting tracking.

•Additional responsibilities as assigned.

IMPORTANTEDUCATION

•Four-year degree from accrediteduniversity/college.Degree in Communications, Information Management or Engineering Management preferred.

IMPORTANTEXPERIENCE

•Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience required, preferable in a facilities management environment.

•Proficient in MS office applications, particularly Excel, Word, MS Outlook and the use of e-mail with minimum proficiency in Power Point.

•Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to facilitate meetings with senior management and client.

•Team player who works well with others in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.

•Possess systems domainknowledge

•Ability to comprehend,analyzeand interpret complex business documents
