The Learning & Development (L&D) team at Meta is committed to helping build the learning organization: We help find and enable learning to strengthen the contributions of our people and the performance of our company.To support this, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager for our global Learning & Development Partner (LDP) team. This role will manage multiple projects and work with a global team to drive efficiencies. This person will drive several priorities independently, bring structure to an unstructured environment, manage multiple stakeholders and partners, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Program Manager, Learning & Development Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the LDP Lead's team to support essential running of the business logistics (e.g. LDP calendar, trackers, templates, data, and event logistics)
• Co-build and support LDP onboarding
• Create and manage dynamic project plans while applying a systems-thinking approach
• Identify opportunities to optimize and make processes consistent globally while balancing business needs
• Draft communication updates for projects, events, etc.
• Partner with LDPs to build assets (one-pagers, slides, playbooks, etc.)
• Triage business and HR requests

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience using Google Suite
• 7+ years of project/program management experience with a proven track record of operating independently and in a team environment while delivering results in an organized manner
• Experience managing evolving priorities, in addition to planning and executing special projects and events as needed
• Experience in customer service and communication (presentation) with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing communication plans, go-to-market plans, change management strategies and responding to business needs
• Experience with learning & development and/or organizational effectiveness
• Project Management (PMP/PMI) certification
• Excel experience in creating macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, workbooks
