Job Details:

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee equipment, system management, event coordination, document creation, and other aspects of the company's portfolio.

Management of inventory, organizing events, coordinating meetings, supporting communications, managing vendors, creating materials, manuals, coordinating meetings, and performing other administrative duties.

Requirements

It is necessary for the applicant to be based in Southern California and be able to travel to various sites and venues as needed.

Bachelor's degree

A minimum of four years' experience as a project coordinator

Microsoft Office knowledge

Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups) expert

SharePoint knowledge

Comfortable with technology management
